During the months of March-April 2011, NewLife Industries proudly participated in “The Feinstein Food Drive Challenge”. This challenge is issued nationwide by The Feinstein Foundation, and is where food/drink non-perishable & monetary donations are matched per food item/dollar that is collected during a specified time frame.

Each year, NewLife looks forward to collecting items to help those who are in need in our local area. This year, in a two month period, NewLife was able to bring in over 9,000 items as well as $835 in cash donations!

It was with much excitement and appreciation that local ministry God’s Food Pantry picked up this donation. It will go a long way toward helping those in and around our county who are in need. And the best part is that the donation will be matched! To those of you who donated and helped make this possible THANK YOU!

Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. Philippians 4:6

At noon yesterday, NewLife employees stepped away from their jobs to gather around the flagpole and observe the 60th annual National Day of Prayer. As a group, we prayed for those in need, especially those who have been struck by recent tornado damage. We also prayed for our country and our government, as well as our company.

Prayer is powerful, and we are honored to be able to join with Christians all across the country to lift our voices to God on this occasion every year. We are truly blessed to live in a nation where we can gather together and pray without fear.

For 32+ years, it has been the mission of NewLife Industries to reach out to those in need and to promote Christ with products, financing and the example that we set as a Christian company.

NewLife Industries is making a commitment once again to help those who are in need. Beginning May 1st, we will be donating 5% of all sales from our featured designs through June 30th to support the disaster relief efforts of ‘Food for the Hungry’ in Japan. On March 11, 2011, much of the country of Japan was devastated by the major 9.0 earthquake and then the monster tsunami that followed just a few minutes later.

Our cheers for NewLife Industries and your commitment to using your business efforts to bless those who are stripped of the essentials of life. OVER 100 children have been helped in the last few years in India. All of them have been blessed with the t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, and hats through the years. I just can’t explain what it has meant to have clothes for our children – clothes that are quality!

BETHLEHEM HOME FOR CHILDREN, DELHI
Bethlehem Home is our flagship children’s home. Started 10 years ago with the philosophy that no child should ever grow up with the stigma of being called an orphan, Bethlehem Home is run as a family!

ASHRAYA BHAWAN, BHUBANESHWAR, ORISSA
Ashraya Bhawan has just been opened for a little over 2 years. These are children from the Khandamal district where homes, schools, hospitals, etc. were burned and so many lost there lives in 2008-09.

HOME OF GRACE, BIRMITRAPUR, ORISSA
At Birmitrapur, we are soooo thankful – the first year of our existence it was you who kept us with food on the table, school fees paid, and our rent. Now we have a home of our own! NewLife purchased the land, gave the money for the well, and helped with our beds and building!

GRACE HOME, RAJAHMUNDRY, ANDHRA PRADESH
Our last project that has been finished is the 26 passenger van for our children in Grace Home in Rajahmundry. Thank you to New Life who gave the lion’s share of the money needed for this project.
