INDIA

During the 2007 holiday season, NewLife pledged a percent of sales to help support the Home of Grace orphanage in Birmitrapur, India. Your purchases during this time ensured the support of this Home until a permanent orphanage can be established. The Home of Grace has many needs in addition to providing a place to live for twelve children, and the President of NewLife and his wife have graciously provided beds and bedding so that the children no longer have to sleep on the floor.

PAKISTAN

Proceeds from the purchase of Persian carpets from a Middle Eastern ministry continue to bless Christian weavers and their families.

PHILIPPINES

Funds have been provided to a pastor in the Philippines to expand his ministry through the purchase of land, bicycles for pastors, and a fundraising ice cream machine for the children's ministry. Funds were also made available so that the pastor could attend a Franklin Graham Crusade in Manila.

NEPAL

For years, NewLife has assisted a Christian orphanage in Nepal. In 2007, funds were provided toward a scholarship program for the students who are ready for post-secondary education.

JAPAN

Jim Weber, for years the Director of Ministering in Missions, was invited to Japan (where his first ministry began) to attend a reunion of missionaries. We were very pleased to help him make this important trip to renew old friendships and learn how the ministry has grown in the last 50 years.
