UPDATE - Tongoli Church is Dedicated!

Over the last year, we have reported on the rebuilding of the Tongoli Church in Sudan, a project NewLife has partnered with Samaritan's Purse to complete. We are pleased to let you know that the church has been completed and the official dedication was held on August 31, 2007. The Tongoli Church restoration is just one of many projects both large and small that NewLife has participated in during 2007.

SOUTHERN SUDAN

NewLife continues to fund the salary of the Director of the Nugent Christian School in Southern Sudan through Global Response Network. To take a look at this beautifully restored school in an area that still falls under fire, go to grnconnect.org. Please pray for a young female student who was abducted in January 2008 from the school by insurgents. For more information about this abduction, click here.

FRANCE

Monthly support continues to be provided for an YWAM pastor in France who is involved in ministry to Muslims.

GHANA

Work has finally commenced on a church and pastors' training center in Ghana, which has been funded by NewLife Industries through customer-directed giving.

RUSSIA

A donation was made through the Slavic Gospel Association towards Christmas gifts for Russian orphans.
